Executive
Coaching

Thank you for considering me to be a part of your executive journey.

What makes me unique to a coaching framework is my extensive knowledge of human behaviour at a clinical level as well as 20+ years working in the corporate space.

I have been employed as a Performance / Executive coach for some of the most elite sporting organisations and c-suite executives across the world using a direct, deliberate and authentic style of coaching.

EXECUTIVE COACHING

We are experiencing a drastic shift in leadership development across the globe right now. As the needs of organisations rapidly change and crisis leadership has become the new normal, coaching has reached a level of unprecedented popularity.

The focus now is for leaders to firstly understand WHO they are before they intentionally lead others.  To choose their next path wisely rather than ‘falling’ into another leadership decision. Only then will they gain the ability to motivate and inspire the next generation, to wield increased emotional intelligence, to exercise strategic agility, to apply innovative thinking and to fulfil their own happiness as individuals. These are the areas we will focus on during our time together.

GOALS FOR THE PROCESS

Below is a comprehensive list of what I solve for as a Performance Coach.  Although you may not relate to all of the items listed, some may provoke a familiar feeling which will form the basis of our early sessions:

1) Question the rhythms and routines of the environment.

2) Push the boundaries even if it isn’t comfortable.  Discomfort is where the biggest change happens

3) Detect the imposter within you and how this may play out in the role that you have

4) Create a cohesive and collaborative leadership culture that is more about your legacy rather than your own security or wealth

5) Help you unwind WHAT you do from WHO you are. Passion and purpose.  If a person has a WHY, they can withstand any HOW

6) Forensically determine if you have switched to a ‘keep the lights on’ mindset vs a ‘shoot the lights out’ mindset

7) Identify the self-talk. If words = emotions = behaviours, then what words do you use to self-identify, what emotions (both positive and negative) need attention and behaviour for positive outcomes

8) Using reframing, NLP, confrontation, trigger activation, cheerleading, breathing, posture and mental power will all increase the human performance. A large part of performance coaching is about managing energy – teaching talent to utilise their physical, emotional, mental energy for maximum stamina and effectiveness

9) A mindset comes from internal and external forces.  Help you to understand and determine what ‘external forces’ are impeding on your ‘internal performance’.

MY STYLE

I am unapologetically direct, authentic, motivational, unafraid to push boundaries and the seeker of truth, whatever that truth brings.  My job is to increase performance, not to placate or to validate so only direct methodologies are encouraged.
